Terms of use
trig8n is operated by TERRA VERDE-2025 LTD (TERRA VERDE-2025 OOD) (Kolarovo 7613, Glavinitsa municipality, Silistra region, Bulgaria · UIC/EIK 208360753). By creating an account or using trig8n you agree to these terms.
1. The service
trig8n is an AI build toolkit: a catalogue of ready-made n8n automations, MCP server and skill finders, the Idea Studio and a developer agent connection. We may improve, change or retire features over time.
2. Your account
You need a valid email address, which we confirm with a code. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account. One account per person, no shared logins.
3. Free and paid plans
The free account includes limited trial uses. Paid plans (monthly, yearly, or yearly paid monthly) are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices include the VAT that applies to you.
4. Cancelling
You can cancel any time under Subscription; access continues until the end of the paid period. The "yearly, paid monthly" plan is a 12-month commitment and ends after the 12th payment. Paid fees are not refunded, unless the law requires it.
5. Right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU normally have 14 days to withdraw. Because trig8n is digital content delivered at once, you ask for immediate access at checkout and confirm that this right ends when access starts.
6. Third-party content
Workflows, MCP servers and skills come from public sources and stay under their own licences. Check the licence before commercial use. We do not guarantee that third-party content is correct, safe or available.
7. Your responsibility
You decide what you import and run. Test automations before using them in production, protect your API keys, and follow the terms of the services you connect. AI suggestions can be wrong; review them.
8. Fair use
Do not resell or bulk-copy the catalogue, scrape the site, share your access, try to break security, or use trig8n for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
9. Liability
trig8n is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect damage or lost data or profit. Nothing here limits liability for intent, gross negligence or personal injury.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes by email or on the site at least 30 days in advance. Bulgarian law applies; mandatory consumer protection in your country stays in force. Contact: support@trig8n.com.
