Privacy policy
TERRA VERDE-2025 LTD (TERRA VERDE-2025 OOD) (Kolarovo 7613, Glavinitsa municipality, Silistra region, Bulgaria · UIC/EIK 208360753) is responsible for your personal data on trig8n. We collect only what we need to run the service and never sell your data.
1. What we collect
Account: name, email, password (stored only as a secure hash), language. Sign-in with Google, Apple or Microsoft: your provider ID and email. Use: saved projects, favourites, ideas and searches you enter. Security: IP address, sign-in times and attempts.
2. Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details; we receive your plan, status and invoices.
3. Why we use it
To provide your account and plan (contract), to keep the service secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interest), and to keep invoices and records (legal obligation). We send emails only for your account: sign-in codes, billing and important notices.
4. Who processes it
Hostinger (hosting and email, EU), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI features: the text of ideas and descriptions you have translated or planned), and the sign-in provider you choose. Finder searches send your search words to GitHub, Smithery and the MCP Registry. Transfers outside the EU are protected by standard contractual clauses.
5. Cookies
We use only essential cookies: your session, security token, language, the sign-in step, and a "trusted device" cookie for 30 days so you do not need a code every time. Your light/dark choice is saved in your browser. No advertising or tracking cookies.
6. How long we keep it
Account data while your account exists. Sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes; security logs are kept up to 12 months. Invoices are kept as long as accounting law requires (up to 10 years).
7. Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, a copy of your data, restriction or object to processing: write to support@trig8n.com. You can also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg) or your local data authority.
8. Security and age
We use encrypted connections, hashed passwords and email codes. trig8n is not meant for children under 16.
9. Changes
If we change this policy we update the date on this page and tell you about important changes. Questions: support@trig8n.com.
