Email Automation
Quote, book, and follow up on tattoo requests with Sheets, Gmail, Telegram, and DeepSeek
When a form is submitted, it handles email with OpenAI / ChatGPT and DeepSeek using Gmail, Google Sheets, Telegram.
What it does
## Quote, book, and follow up on tattoo requests with Google Sheets, Gmail, Telegram, and DeepSeek ### How it works 1. A client form request is checked and priced by DeepSeek from your RateCard tab. 2. Every quote is compared with the rate card floor and ceiling. Odd quotes go to the artist, the rest are emailed with a deposit amount or a consult offer. 3. When a deposit lands, staff fill a short form and the request becomes booked with a confirmation email. 4. Silent quotes get one reminder after 3 days and expire after 7 more. 5. Booked clients get a prep note the day before, and Monday brings a studio digest. ### Setup steps - [ ] Connect Google Sheets, Gmail, Telegram and an OpenAI-compatible chat model. - [ ] Create RateCard (style, hourly_rate, min_hours, max_hours, deposit_pct) and Requests tabs. - [ ] Add followups and deposit_paid columns to Requests. - [ ] Replace chat id 123456789 and user@example.com. ### Customization Change the 10 percent tolerance in Check Quote Against Rate Card or the 3 and 7 day follow-up timing.
