Send staged quote follow-ups and daily digests with Google Sheets and Telegram

On a schedule, it answers chat messages with a bot using Google Sheets, Telegram.

What it does

## Send staged quote follow-ups and digest reports with Google Sheets and Telegram ### How it works 1. A daily schedule trigger scans the Quotes tab of your Google Sheet and selects the pending quotes that are due a follow-up today. 2. Each due quote gets its stage message (day 2, 7 or 14) via your Telegram bot, and the sheet records the stage and date so the ladder advances without sending twice. 3. A run summary becomes a daily digest for the owner: follow-ups sent per stage, overdue quotes and skipped rows. It stays silent when there is nothing to report. 4. A Telegram trigger listens for customer replies and classifies each one as positive, negative or neutral. 5. Positive replies fire an instant hot-lead alert; negative replies mark the quote as lost in the sheet so no more follow-ups go out; neutral replies are forwarded to you untouched. ### Setup steps - [ ] Connect your Google account in the Google Sheets nodes and point them at your Quotes tab (columns: ChatID, QuoteDate, Status). - [ ] Add your Telegram bot token in the Telegram nodes and paste your own chat id in Set Owner Config. - [ ] Review the follow-up days and message texts in Set Follow-Up Config ({name}, {item} and {amount} are replaced automatically). ### Customization Change the follow-up days, message texts or digest schedule in Set Follow-Up Config; set digest_enabled to false if you don't want the daily summary.
