Tasks & Project Management

Check weekly customer data consistency between HubSpot, freee, Backlog and Slack

On a schedule, it manages tasks using Slack, HubSpot.

What it does

## Weekly check that HubSpot, freee and Backlog agree on your customers When customer data lives in several services, one side changes and the other does not. Once a week this workflow compares them by their link tags and posts only the mismatches to Slack. It reads only: nothing is fixed automatically, because a person has to decide which side is right. No AI. ### How it works 1. Every Monday at 9:00 (or Run now), it reads HubSpot companies in the customer stages, freee partners and invoices, and recent Backlog issues. 2. Code compares them and finds five kinds of mismatch: a customer without a freee partner; a partner linked to a deleted HubSpot company; a linked pair whose name or phone differs (株式会社 / (株) and width variants are normalized first); two partners for one company; a recent invoice without a Backlog issue. 3. One Slack message lists them with links, or says there are none. ### Setup steps 1. freee: an app with partners and invoices (read); n8n OAuth2 API credential. 2. HubSpot: a Service key with companies read; n8n HubSpot Service Key credential. 3. Backlog: a Query Auth credential named apiKey (only for check 5). 4. Slack credential; invite the app to the channel. 5. Fill Config and click Run now. ### Customization The links follow a convention: freee partner shortcut2 = hubspot: , and the Backlog issue description contains freee-invoice- . Change link_prefix and invoice_tag_prefix to match yours, or set check_invoice_tasks to false to skip Backlog.
