Find websiteless local businesses via Apify and save leads to Google Sheets
Runs on form submission or weekly, pulls Google Maps businesses with no website via Apify, skips duplicates, scores them, and appends new leads to Google Sheets with Slack alerts.
What it does
## Find local businesses without a website, score them and save new leads to Google Sheets For web designers, agencies and local SEO freelancers selling websites to small businesses. ### How it works 1. Submit the form or let the weekly schedule rerun your default search. 2. The Apify node runs Google Maps Leads and returns Google Maps businesses with no website (optionally also social-media-only ones, or only unclaimed profiles). 3. A filter drops closed businesses and, optionally, leads without a phone. 4. Place IDs already in your sheet are skipped, so reruns don't add duplicates. 5. A Code node scores each new lead from 0 to 100 (reviews, rating, phone, unclaimed profile) and sets a High, Medium or Low priority. 6. New leads are appended, best first. An optional Slack message summarises the run. ### Setup 1. Install the verified community node Apify (@apify/n8n-nodes-apify, tested with 0.9.0 on n8n 2.45.4; install guide) and add your Apify API token as a credential. 2. Create a Google Sheet with a tab named Leads whose first row is: Place ID, Name, Category, Phone, Address, City, Rating, Reviews, Claimed, Website status, Score, Priority, Why this score, Google Maps URL, Found on, Search 3. In Search settings, paste the sheet URL and the default search for scheduled runs. For Slack, set sendSlackSummary to true and a channel. 4. Connect Google Sheets (and Slack), open the form URL and run a search. ### Costs $0.005 per lead plus $0.015 per run on Apify (Free plan prices): 50 leads cost about $0.27. Empty runs are free; maxCostPerRunUsd caps each run. ### Customization Edit the scoring weights in the Code node, change the schedule, or send leads to a CRM. City names match country-wide; for one metro, use coordinates and radiusKm in the Apify input.
