## Collect buyer agent showing feedback ### How it works 1. Your scheduler posts each showing to the showing/logged webhook. Valid showings go to the Showings tab, bad ones are emailed to the coordinator. 2. DeepSeek drafts a short feedback request and Gmail sends it to the buyer agent with the form link. 3. The buyer agent answers on the n8n form. The answer is checked and matched to its showing, and unknown showings go to the coordinator. 4. DeepSeek turns the free text into structured signals. The result goes to the Feedback tab, the listing agent is emailed right away, and the showing is marked received. 5. A daily sweep chases agents who have not replied and sends the listing agent a chase summary. 6. A weekly digest groups feedback by listing and emails a DeepSeek summary. ### Setup steps - [ ] Connect Google Sheets and select the spreadsheet with Showings and Feedback tabs. - [ ] Connect Gmail for requests, chases, updates and the digest. - [ ] Set the coordinator inbox on the three alert nodes. - [ ] Add an OpenAI-compatible DeepSeek credential on the request, analysis and digest models. - [ ] Point your showing scheduler at the webhook and share the form link with buyer agents. ### Customization Adjust the chase thresholds in Compute Chases and the times on the two schedule triggers to change the pacing.
