## Weekly AI search readiness monitor (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) Every Monday this audits your site the way AI crawlers see it and logs the scores to Google Sheets. Pages that fall below your threshold trigger one email with the fixes to make first. What gets checked per page: robots.txt rules for 14 AI crawlers (GPTBot, OAI-SearchBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended…), /llms.txt, sitemap, Schema.org JSON-LD, server-rendered text (JavaScript-only pages), title/description/H1, FAQ content, response time. You get a 0-100 score plus four sub-scores (crawler access, discovery, content, structured data). If the site has no llms.txt, a ready-to-publish draft is included in the email. ### Set up (about 5 minutes) 1. Create a free Apify account and add an Apify credential to *Audit pages with Apify* (Apify API token from Console → Settings → Integrations). 2. Add a Google Sheets credential, pick your spreadsheet and tab in *Append to score history*. Columns are created from the first run. 3. Add a Gmail credential to *Email the alert*. 4. Edit *Set sites and alert threshold*: your site URLs, pages per site, the alert threshold and your email. 5.
