Chat in Slack Threads with an OpenRouter Bot

When a Slack message arrives, it shows a thinking indicator, an OpenRouter agent with Postgres memory writes the answer and replies in the thread.

## Activate loading UI This HTTP POST request will trigger the "three dots" thinking UI in the message thread. Slack automatically removes this UI when our app responds.
