What it does

🔶 Overview: This workflow handles new career applications submitted via a web form. 1. On form submission: Trigger when the form is submitted. 2. Code: Normalize WhatsApp number formatting. 3. Date & Time: Format the earliest start date. 4. Edit Fields: Map and rename fields for consistency. 5. If Have Resume: Branch based on whether a resume file was uploaded. 6. Merge: Consolidate the data into a single item for output. 7. Send a Resume / Send a Info: Send either the resume document or plain info to the HR Telegram group. 8. No Operation: End of workflow—does nothing.
