When a matching event is created in Google Calendar, it finds a template file in Google Drive and duplicates it with a name built from event details.

👆 Rename the new file whichever way you want, using variables from the first step (Calendar event). Ex: {Title of the event} | {date of the event} | {attendees}

  3. Search folder
  4. Search file to duplicate
  5. Create and rename Google File
