What it does

## Turn Etsy and Shopify products into Pinterest pins and Instagram posts For Etsy sellers and Shopify stores: once a day, the workflow takes one product from your shop that it hasn't posted yet, writes a Pinterest title, a pin description and an Instagram caption from the real listing, and posts your real product photo. SocialRobot pins it to your Pinterest board with a link to the product, and posts it to Instagram. Only Pinterest and Instagram are on by default. The Instagram carousel, Facebook and Threads nodes are wired in but disabled by default; see the sticky note Optional posts (disabled). ### How it works 1. Daily Schedule Trigger (10:00) or Manual Start Trigger starts a run. Configure Catalog Settings holds every setting. 2. Fetch SocialRobot Accounts and Fetch Pinterest Board List find your Pinterest account and the board you named. 3. Switch Product Source Route reads your products from the Etsy shop RSS feed, the Etsy API or Shopify and turns them into one product shape. 4. Filter Posted Products drops products already in the Data Table, and Select Products for Posting keeps 1 per run. 5. Generate Pin and Caption writes the copy from the listing facts only. Assemble Social Media Post falls back to template copy if the AI mentions sales, reviews, stock or prices. 6. Post Pinterest Pin via SocialRobot API and Post Instagram Photo publish. Log Posted Product records the product so it isn't posted twice. ### Setup steps - [ ] Install the SocialRobot community node @socialrobot-io/n8n-nodes-socialrobot (3.1.2+) and add your SocialRobot API key as the SocialRobot credential (used by Fetch SocialRobot Accounts and Post Instagram Photo) - [ ] Connect Pinterest and Instagram in SocialRobot. Pick the Instagram account in Post Instagram Photo - [ ] Add a Header Auth credential for the SocialRobot API calls: name x-api-key, value your SocialRobot API key. Select it in Fetch Pinterest Board List and Post Pinterest Pin via SocialRobot API (and Post Instagram Carousel via SocialRobot API if you enable it) - [ ] Create the Data Table socialrobot_posted_products as described in the sticky note Data Table setup - [ ] In Configure Catalog Settings, set source (etsy_rss, etsy_api or shopify), your shop and pinterest_board_name - [ ] Only for etsy_api: add a separate Header Auth credential with name x-api-key and value keystring:sha
