Create narrated Google Slides videos with Gemini TTS, Shotstack, Slack, and Drive

## Turn Google Slides into narrated videos, re-voicing only the slides you changed ### How it works For teams that keep training or product videos in Google Slides. The speaker notes are the narration, so the video stays current without re-recording: only slides whose content, notes or voice settings changed are voiced again. 1. A form or a weekday schedule reads the deck and fingerprints each slide in an n8n Data Table. 2. For each changed slide, a Gemini agent turns the notes into a script, flags numbers that differ from the slide and checks a pronunciation dictionary. 3. Gemini TTS voices the script; captions keep the original spelling. 4. A reviewer approves in Slack. Approved videos are rendered with Shotstack, saved to Google Drive and posted to Slack. Rejected slides are voiced again on the next run. Limits: up to 30 changed slides per run, captions are timed by script length, and Shotstack's sandbox adds a watermark. ### Setup - [ ] Connect Google Slides and Google Drive (OAuth2), Slack and Google Gemini (also used by Generate Narration). - [ ] Add a Shotstack API key as a Header Auth credential named x-api-key on the Shotstack HTTP nodes. - [ ] Fill in Workflow Configuration: deck, Slack channel, Drive folder and voice. - [ ] Submit the form with a short deck, approve the Slack message and check the video in Drive. ### Customization Change the voice, speaking style, aspect ratio (9:16 for shorts) or captions in Workflow Configuration, remove the approval step, or upload to YouTube instead of Drive.
