When a chat message with an audio recording arrives, OpenAI transcribes it, structures the content and logs it in Google Sheets with Telegram updates.

- If it's a voice message
- Set chatInput from message
- Set chatInput from voice
- List of Ingredients and nutrients
- Explode the list
- Add date
- Store in sheet
