Route scored GTM signals from BigQuery to HubSpot with Telegram and Google Sheets
On a schedule, it moves and syncs data using BigQuery, Google Sheets, HubSpot, Telegram.
What it does
## Route scored GTM signals from BigQuery to HubSpot with Telegram alerts and Google Sheets ### How it works This workflow runs every four hours, retrieves scored go-to-market signals from BigQuery, and checks whether any records were returned. When signals exist, it formats the contact fields, syncs contacts to HubSpot in batches, sends a Telegram summary, and refreshes a Google Sheet with the latest data. If no signals are found, it sends a separate Telegram notification, and a dedicated error path alerts Telegram when workflow failures occur. ### Setup steps - Configure Google BigQuery credentials and update the query/project/dataset/table used by “BigQuery - Get Scored Signals”. - Connect HubSpot credentials and confirm the upsert key and contact field mappings match your HubSpot schema. - Configure Telegram bot credentials and chat IDs for no-signal, signal-report, and error-alert messages. - Connect Google Sheets credentials and set the target spreadsheet/range for clearing and writing fresh signal data. - Review the four-hour schedule and activate both the main scheduled workflow and the error trigger handling. ### Customization Adjust the BigQuery scoring logic, HubSpot batch size, Google Sheets destination, Telegram message templates, and schedule frequency to match your GTM process.
